JM: Tell us about the pre-sentencing process:
DL.Bliss: i was arrested on a year old warrant. I posted
bail to await my hearing. I was arraigned on the
charge of violation of probation and failure to
appear. I plead no contest.
JM: Did you have police stop by your house for questioning? If not please give us details on how you came to be arrested.
DL.Bliss: no
JM: What as court like? Please give as many details as you recall.
DL.Bliss: It took a long time. I came at 9:00 am and
didn't leave till around 2:45 pm. The bailiff
was helpful.
